1977 Dodge Colt

A few of the parts car. Again, I started it yesterday - it smokes now, but did not when I parked it a year ago, so it is probably a sticky oil ring or possibly valve guide seal. Regardless, you will probably not run with the 4G32 anyways.

A little paint peeling on the hood. Hood is slightly open.

Tow Hitch & Roof Rack

Dirty, but it runs

Crusty, but you will strip it

WAAAAAAA......Wish I had seen this add when it was posted. I would be on my way back to Ohio with our new rally car. Those cars are really fun to drive. The price for the whole package was amazing cheap. Someone got a really good deal on a great car. The parts car alone is in good shape, grats to Grazelgeezer for nabbing it. I can't wait to see him out in our old Colt this summer. Hoping to hear from Luis at Quattrohaus tomorrow about an Talon/Eclipse that was at his shop. Now someone needs to pick up the 74 Colt on the Westcoast and get it racing again. Wish I was close to it.

Colts are in Finland; now '87 325i, '89 325i

Brent:

There is a $1500 Colt on the classifieds at SS - you need to take a look.

I saw that one Wilson, that is the one I was talking about, too bad it is sold already and was on the wrong side of the continent for me.... I had one in high school that I bought for $75 bucks from a next door neighbor. Lost it to a city pothole that ripped the rear axle mount fromt he frame(can we say BIG A$$ hole). Sold it to a guy for $150 as was.

Kicking around the idea of caging the '84 Volvo wagon I havesmiling smiley Would be a crowd favorite for sure. All be it very slow and sideways, but for sure fun. Even kicking the idea of a mid-engine wagon. Not sure the class or if it would even be legal in any. Plenty of room inside of it for a midly built V6 power plant.

Not me, too far away, unfortunately. Someone closer, I would think.

Why not a sedan 240?
You can impress and wow people with good driving rather than the 'freak" or 'novelty" aspect.

And they don't have to be slow, it's very easy to make a 240 fast.

Not being real serious about the wagon John, miss my 79 Colt that Gravelgeezer has now. But am looking at a Talons that just needs some loving and little work to finish. Hoping for RWV this year.

So, 3 colts and all their parts have overrun my house and my life. It's time to sell the "Parts Car" that came with this rallycar. It's really not much of a parts car anymore, actually it drives really nice now. I'd drive it pretty much anywhere. Looking for $1200 or so. Lots of spare parts come with.
