Damn... it's too bad it's a different country and the other side of the continent.

I'd be all over that thing. I know, I know, and no log book to boot, but for what he's asking...

Damn.

Alright.. i have a trailer a truck and a lot of hammers... I need a terratrip, a set of belts and a steering wheel for my rally car... who'd down for sponsoring rest the trip?

No officer thats how they came.. yes I'm quite sure they came with a jack as a front wheel from the factory...

I'll buy the transmissions if they are in good shape plus the rear diff and rear drive shaft. If you are parting it, there is more that I'll take too. Let me know.

There seems to be some futility in asking someone who doesn't have the ability to jack a corner up to remove a wheel to see what is wrong in the front right corner if he is willing to part out the car. Just saying.

oh i thought he meant jack up the entire car so that the wheel was off the ground... i could jack it up a bit and take a look around. as for the transmissions, and parting out the car, and camera mount, ill get back to you shortly

ok im going to be honest. i desperately need to get rid of this thing and make some cash within the next week or 2. so any if you want to buy parts or just the whole thing for like 600 i would be willing to accept. however, im not going to allow myself to get ripped off, so please be reasonable with your offers.

I'm cross-posting this to the LeMons forum, because they're arguably crazier than rally people!

The question is are they as cheap? Those trannies ought to go for a pile o dough cause they are flat RARE.

Is there dedicated GTX forumz? That's where this should be seen.

I know the gearboxes are worth some dough. If I was in WA, ID or OR, I'd grab it just to flip the parts. I'm SURE I could rig something to get the car on and off the ferry, probably a caliper delete option or a bigger breaker bar on the bearing nut.
