Al, thats the brick I was talking to you about. Thinking mine might end up just about that color too, maybe just a bit lighter. Good deal on a well suited car. I have so much more into mine than 7.5k and I only have half a car so far.

3 seats, 2 fuel pumps, harnesses, donor motor, T5, t5 adapter stuff, intercom, Alfa, the car itself, spare hubs, rx7 calipers, jumbo rotors, braided lines, etc, etc, etc, and lets not think of the hundreds I have in fuel and beer just to go work on the thing. Then you could start adding up the hours of work that really shouldn't be thought of as free.

Yeah 'm at 7.5k. It all adds up really quick

I still need "tubes"

Well I'm heading down in a couple of minutes to bore the tubes outta the struts I picked up on Friday. And i had the sense to remember--finally---to pick up enough Subie strut hardware too---those damn Subie bolts are on there TIGHT! See? I's thinking about you.

I am not a member of Turbobricks either - I assume it is Brian Hamblin's (ex Bill Malik)

Volvo rally car for sale

I would buy this in a heartbeat if I had the cash.

Willing to take a lien on your soul as down payment!

Essentially the same ad, but the TB one has a few more details 'cause that group likes that sort of thing (ie. "custom alum NACA intake, external voltage regulator to avoid heat soak", etc). I assume the rally folks aren't impressed with that sort of thing and expect those kinds of details at this point.

Cheers.

I prefer a good al NACA intake over a decent alum NACA intake myself.
I'll trade you a 1981 Toyota Starlet with lots of rust holes and no key cylinder plus four fainting goats for it.

No, they will keep you warm on a cold Washington night. Just in time for winter.

No, they are super passive. But if you scare them they will faint and be useless for a few minutes. I have thought about starting a mini farm in our shop parking lot of fainting goats, pigs, rabbits, and chickens. Fainting goats and anti-lag would make for some funny gymkhana videos/ smiling smiley
